We found Kala’i through a friend after having several bad experiences with our pool care and a general lack of reliability.  Our first impression was of a nice, smart, hardworking, honest young man and our experience thereafter reflected all of that and more.  Kala’i’s reliability is better than a Swiss Watch, always shows up, even on holidays if that is the scheduled day of the week. We cannot remember a single time that was not the case without us knowing in advance.  Anything that has needed extra attention, he’s on it and always had an eye on the rest of our property when we were away. Our pool has never been so clean, clear and bright with no worries.  We would trust Kala’i with any pool or spa as well as the keys to our home.  He is dedicated to excellent service and keeping his customers happy.
